Protect-o-plate help

I bought a low-mile original '72 C20 that came with the original warranty booklet and Protect-o-plate (see photo). The VIN of course matches, but I was able to match the engine and transmission numbers shown as well. However, I'm not sure what the "D1H" means. I suspect the "R" is for a Rochester Carb, and the "C" is probably the production month. Please share any help.
