They are 6" or 6.5" wide I think. You can put a 265/75/16 on them, about 31.6" tall. They should clear no problem and give you some meat. Only part to look out for in terms of rubbing is the inside back wheel wells. The 265's are right 2" wider than your tires now, so an 1" and an 1" out from where they are now. Overall Diameter will be less than 1" taller.
