ACtually a bag inside the coil is a GREAT idea. It allows you to effectively "tune" the spring rate simply by adjusting the pressure in the Airbag. So say you take the truck to the track. Air up the front more to put more load on the rear suspension for more hookup or air them out to get a bigger transfer of weight.

New springs are much cheaper and easier but I don't like to take the easy route. Custom is much cooler IMO.
