Definitely a factory built Panel converted to school bus. The proper name for the doors is Panel Doors. All Panels had them. An option on Suburbans and people started calling them barn doors in recent years. On a Panel they are just rear doors. Notice no passenger side rear door and never had windows. Also, Panel trucks came with only a driver seat. Passenger side was an option. Without the option the passenger side floor has no seat mounting provision. The floor is flat at the seat bracket mount area.
