Hadnt posted the results of the dry ice mix... very clean. I took outside, blew it all out, and went after it with wire wheels, bristle brushes, and finished with a 80 grit DA with a contour pad. Also replace the door hinge pins. Did they really use plastic bushings from factory? These werent sloppy but I figured why - glad I did now that I found those. Also patched the upper portion of the door, had some rust growth and a small section of holes. Came out pretty well actually, not to be seen anyways so I wasn't too pressured to make it look amazing, just straight.
