Van column has surface rust on the cover and rubber missing from tilt lever, has broken pointer and a cut wire for the gear indicator light on the end close to the fuse block. Bearings sound nice and turns freely no weird abnormal noises. Tilt mechanism is tight no slop, short gear selector, clean wiring and turn signal harness and mechanism very nice, wiring cover intact. Wiring harness end neutral safety switch included.
