Overall, I like dealing with them.
I had one hiccup when I bought a Windshield Gasket, and received the wrong one. (Bought it over the counter at their Concorde, NC store)

My first thought was “Great, I just wasted that money.”, but I called the Customer Service Number, and explained my plate.
She said “No problem, we’ll send you the right one, and don’t worry about sending the wrong one back”.
Very good experience
I did end up taking the WS Gasket back to the Store the next time I was there, and they tried to give me my money back ( no, I wouldn’t let them), but I said “Give me a Sticker, and we’ll call it even”.
They also stand behind other Companies (like Auto Sound stereo) who use them to sell their products.
