I installed my CPP column - easy peezy no problem and very happy. it's clearly high quality, which confirms my suspicion that way-early productions of this have been ironed out, or people had Frankenstein rigs they were trying to shoe-horn them into. Also, the entire column can be rotated, for fine tuning where you want it, thus I have no clue what the issue was with yours....that's just bizarro.
