If it only has two cans of freon, probably not enough. Most R-12 systems wanted between 3 and 4 cans. IIRC - R-134 needs a bit less and is more sensitive to over and under fills.
Unless it is a older system with a sight glass, you really need a gauge setup to hit the correct fill amount.

Theres no reason I can think of it would pull to the right with the a/c on.
my truck takes 3 or 4 cans for the a/c to work good.
