I did remove the grille, but I did not remove the grille support panel or radiator core support. I didn't struggle much at all with the install.

I didn't even remove the radiator in an attempt to save my coolant. Ended up having to replace the radiator hoses because the incorrect flex hoses weren't gonna work with the a/c belt. Having the radiator out makes it easier though
