I've tried removing some of the fabric duct work but didn't want to torque on it for fear of tearing it.

What am I missing?

You need to pull the glove box lining and everything will be right there.

Can you post pics of how you fixed your antenna mast, I need to find a fix for mine but there seems to be so many versions out there..
