Yep, could be worn z-bar bushings, could also be linkage adjustment. The bottom linkage bar (to clutch fork) has threads for this very purpose, occasionally if adjustment is all the way out, it moves the z-bar orientation resulting in the upper linkage arm moving closer to the frame. If I recall correctly, there is some ability to adjust on the upper linkage arm where it attaches inside the cab to the clutch pedal assembly. It can be a little tricky but these are other areas I would take a look at.

I'll add that I have taken several of the these clutch linkage assemblies apart replacing all the z-bar bushing/washers, but then upgraded the metal-to-metal clip ends with heavy duty heim joints/grade 8 hardware. It makes for a very strong and smooth operation of the entire clutch linkage assembly.
