The wrecking yards are full of those hand brakes for pocket change. I had one out of a Mustang II in my T bucket in the 70's and that style is pretty much a copy of the Vega or MII unit.

77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.
