I thought about that too. I haven't really had a chance to look at it too closely yet. You would need more brackets since the bench seat has brackets on each end, and buckets or a 60/40 have brackets both sides of each seat. Also, I believe the bench seat bracket has the mechanism for sliding the seat back and forth. My 60/40 is power.
