What I meant was they are the same style: Black Plastic ~1'' diameter knob w/ steel center on Lights, Wipers, Choke, etc. Radio knobs and Cigar Lighter knobs also match.
Non-stock Lighter knobs have longer handles. The heat elements may be longer, too. Or shorter, IDK.
