Without the build sheet with original vin #, there is no way to tell what came on the Blazer originally--period. You willl have enough trouble just trying to figure out what options are there now as some may have been combined way back when. I wouldn't think it would be a big deal to create your own option sheet but type style, numbers and option description as printed on an original sheet will be key to keeping it look original and as correct as possible.
PS you are going to have more critical things to keep you busy --trust me!!
