Your second pic is a later "mag wheel look-alike" used on Camaros, Novas and Chevelles. Possibly on the big Chevies, since they didn't get 15" wheels until '68 (I think). I used to have this info down cold, but have forgotten a lot of it, along with my 40+ year old college education. Good thing I'm retired.
you were close, 15's came on 67 Z/28's. 15x6 in 67/68 on Z/28 and then 15x7 in 69 on Z/28. All non Z/28 wheels for the first gen Camaro were 14"
