No go, I got some electrical problems somewhere along the line.
My arms are sore from hassling with starters yesterday and my ears are sore from listening to my ole lady complaining about her losing her garage spot for her Honda....
I'll start back on this once I recover...

If you are jumping the starter direct which the way you explained it you are. And the starter did not turn over then you have either a bad positive wire connection from the battery to the starter or a bad starter.
