If the old dash pad is prepped right, they look great. The one I bought came with silicone to fill in the cracks, etc., as well as seal it down. Mine has been on almost 3 years, and is straight and nice, and not one person has noted it being a cover till I told them. Personally, I think they are tougher material than the original vinyl covering, and I like the look of it as well, because of the way it is textured. I'd use one again without hesitation.
