I used the FRAM PF-13 for years. I picked that one because it was always the best fit on my faceted cap-style oil filter wrench.

I could also get them very cheap ($3.50) at places like K-Mart. Well K-Mart still sells FRAM, but they no longer stock that number.

So Pep Boys still sells the FRAM PF-13. However, they charge $5.50 for it.
Since everyone is so down on FRAM, I think I will switch over to NAPA.
