I like the Mar-K kits. Not cheap ($405.00) but you get a new tailgate (your choice of flush smooth or Bowtie), caps for the bed sides, linkage/hardware and a internal handle. can't link directly to page. Go to Mar-K , then select tailgates, and then you'll see a bunch of different options. There is two in the list that say "with handle and latch mechanism" in the description.
