When I did my disk brake/spindle conversion, )a 78 c10) I just used the power steering cross link, idler arm and pitman arm as well as all 4 Tie rods and the sleeves from a 78. It made it easier for replacements. I knew the whole front end was 78 if I ever needed any parts
