I’ve applied the jute padding to about 2/3rds of the cowl’s underside using 3M 90 adhesive. It’s just too tight to try and apply any directly above the peddle bracket assembly. I’ll take a smaller piece and apply it later above the fuse box and left of the peddle bracket.
