I know it’s an old thread, but to whoever is still looking to lift their 2wd truck, I have the kit available. Lifts it up to 4” and gives you 12.5” of wheel travel. Keeping your stock steering and brakes. I fit 35” tires on mine with fiberglass fenders, but you can run 33’s with your stock fenders. More information at my website fullcirclefabrications.com
