The fenders have to be '68 because the '69 up fenders will not match up to the '67-'68 grille. The '67 fenders do not have marker lights on the sides and the '68 fenders do.

The easy way to tell if the core support is '67-'68 is that the headlight buckets are a separate piece on the '67 & '68's, and the headlight buckets on the '69 up are welded to the core support.
