It had a real roof.... you can see it in the pic.... My take is, *any* vehicle with a removable top needs a roll bar. I have a roll bar in my scout. Really, the 67-72 pickup trucks could probobly use a roll bar too, anyone seen one flipped? I wouldn't know, I've seen similiar vehicles flipped though and the top of the cab just smashed all the way down to the level that blazer is. But blazers definately need a roll bar more than a pickup.
