I got it from Jegs, it is Key Parts which is the brand I've used for my doors and front fenders.
For whatever reason, it is almost 1/2 the cost of the brand AMD carries on their website. I only used the inner piece but I have no idea why the big price difference.

Just might live with the rust falling into my lap for a while longer
I have the same problem with my radio/ dash, bought a OEM used dash patch years ago just haven’t got aroundtoit
