On the Pypes system. It is 2.5" back to the mufflers so if you already have a 2.5" collector, you will be set to go.
As for it being emissions legal, not really true unless your inspector will pass it with 2 cats. Real legal is supposed to be just the way it came stock which is a y-pipe and 1 cat. I got real lucky and talked my inspector into passing mine with 2 cats. I still haven't found anyone to weld it all up for me. None of the muffler shops around my parts will touch it because they say it isn't legal. I don't like all the clamps it comes with.
