yes it's finished. I have two cats and wanted them to be back past the crossmember so as not to put all the heat on the tranny. This moved everything back between 15 to 20 inches. Then as Chris said, it's made for LWB or SWB and this means you would need to cut the pipes at the rear x pipe anyway. But with adding cats, this makes it even longer. The x pipe is farther back this way.
Anyway, everything fits great (after cutting to fit your app). The bends over the axle are just about perfect. I don't understand why it has 2.5" in front of the mufflers and 3" out back. The adapters they send with the kit didn't fit. It was intended to fit the 2.5" muffler outlet and 3" tailpipe but it was exactly the same size with no way to slip over either one. I took the adapters to the muffler shop and had them expanded to fit. Only cost me 2 bucks.
The sound is nice. I really like it.
