It looks pretty nice for a 67 assuming it's not a bondo queen. The cab has all the right stuff and is complete for a 67 CST.
How is that extra top trim piece attached to the bed? Are there extra holes? That HAS to go. Factor the cost of repairing that if necessary.
What shape is the 327 in? Is it the original block/heads? That effects the value somewhat IMO especially if you are going to keep it stock. I'd do at least a compression check on it and run the numbers on the block.
It looks kind of like an older gentleman had it going by the presence of the extra trim piece and accessories in the cab.
