He is right, the bearing is pressed in. It's not too bad to change, but I would jack the car up and spin the wheel first. If the bearings are bad, you should hear it. On my 99, to change them, I needed to remove the housing that holds the brake caliper and housing, remove the cv joint nut (1-3/8- I think) and then get a screw driver or something thin to drive the hub away from the housing. Take your time, it comes out eventually.
