Probably with what I am thinking of doing.

2.5" suspension lift
3" body lift
and then to level it go with front coil spacers That is if it will all fit since somebody on here said they could see fitting just the 2.5" lifted springs by themselves.

You could get another 1.5" of lift from using the Fabtech 4" lift but thats like $1500 more than the Skyjacker 2.5" lift.

So the most you can get for insane money is 7" not counting coil spacers to level it out.
For smart money 5.5" not counting coil spacers.

This is without going custom from what I have found.
