look for the shafts being off centered. cracks are ugly yes but if the bushings are still centered they are still doing their job. no offense to anyone but poly bushings=SQUEEK!! they are great for handling and racing, but on a daily driver they will drive you nuts. there is a company that makes aluminum bushings with a teflon insert that is replacable. they are a bit expensive to buy at first (about $200) but the inserts are pretty inexpensive. dont remember the name just now, but they work well on one of our customers rigs. and they are greasable too.
