to back a 454, you'd probably want a NP 205 t-case, and a dana 60 front axle. That's about as heavy duty you're going to get without going to rockwell axles. As far as drive shafts, you'll probably have to get the motor/trans/t-case in place and measure for driveshafts. As far as what you need: a complete front axle with all the steering components, front springs, a way to mount them, shocks & mounts, transfer case with shifter, front driveshaft, shortened rear driveshaft, maybe a new crossmember. I don't know what t-cases will work with the 700, but novak or advanced adapters should have an adapter to adapt the 700 to most transfer cases. some trans have different outputs for 4x4 and 2x4 models too, so you might check into that.
