He did put it in writing in like new cond.If he didn't do a good job and it was obvious he did a bad job ,I'd end up suing him anyway.and I'd tell him if I have to get a lawyer I will be suing him for the value of the truck which is insured for $14,000 before restoration plus all of the parts for restoration and lawyer cost.
