Yeah, I was thinking of a little "trough" up front for shovels, rakes, etc.
However, the more I think about it, I'm going to try to slide if forward and put diamond plate strips to make up the difference - however, I won't make that decision until I have the deck patched and get the liner in there and play around with the fit.
