Am I wrong?
When I got my truck last year it had the EXACT same problem. PO left it parked under a pine tree, needles everywhere and I am still removing dried sap with GOO-OFF.
Anyway, I had to remove my cowl to get all that junk out. Will remove it again to do some painting in there. But as I remember this procedure, the doors also had to be opened and at least one bolt on each side removed to get the cowl totally free'd up.
