since nobody has responded ill give ya a hand lol , theres a few different things you need to look at , first get under it and check out your flywheel , if it looks like it is ground pretty good it might not be catching all the way , the first thing i would do is !! get underneath your truck and look at the starter , there should be 2 posts on the solenoid that have wires going to them , one is the big center post with the battery cable on it and the other is the little s polst , with a little wire on it , now with your key off , preferably out of the truck , take a long screwdriver and lay it across those to posts , it is gonna spark alot when you do it lol , but you will be able to see what the problem is , the starter may be wore out and is not engaging all the way , if you have any questions about this matter feel free to call me at 217-567-3665 , ask for mac and ill be able to tell ya a little better , i have actually twisted the rod in the starter that the gear rides on in half , ,, if you try what i described make sure your truck is in park or neutral
