Bed floors for trucks use the same ripple metal material used on the Blazer. YOu might want to consider pulling a bed/bed floor out of a truck to use as a replacement. Rebuilding a bed floor from parts is a major undertaking with all the spot welds etc. Cutting a LWB or SWB bed floor down to Blazer length is do-able and probably the best solution short of finding a solid tub which is difficult to find anywhere east of the Mississippi.
