I used a piece of 1/8" flat bar clamped to the frame as a guide for the straight lines. I cut the corners free hand. I drew the cuts out on the frame after measuring. For the radiused corners, I used one of those plastic circle guides. I am kind of anal about using square corners in something like this, it's a good place for a crack to form.

I am sure it is total overkill on my part, but like I said, I am anal about this stuff
