Fred is right-on. Truck spring repair places are usually super to deal with. They can make up any spring combination cheeper than you can buy new on any internet board.
While you are at it, you can probably get them to do the job which is also usually a bargin given the tools required and the heft to loosen/cut old rusted spring bolts etc.
