Tire Carrier
I bought that exact tire carrier from Superhitch. Cost about $50. Fits in a Class II receiver hitch. The thing will wobble around in your receiver hitch if you don't have any welded on "lock down" nuts to put pressure on it. Seems like a good idea, but forget about it if you like to drop the tailgate alot. Pulling it out and putting it back in is a PITA especially with an oversized tire.
