I have one made by Dashtop. The quality seems good enough. It states that you can paint it, but it's best to use an adhesion promoter. You can get it in a spray can from pretty well any hardware/auto paint store. I've never had mine installed, still in the package. Not going to use it now - going with a new dash pad.

I think I paid about $120 Cdn. for it.
