Being from NC, I tend to agree that the prices of a "nice" square are slightly higher here. We get out fair share of rain, plus the pine needles that we have tend to clog up drain holes which lead to rust. Cab corners, front fenders, the usual rust areas.
Nice 4x4 step sides are "rare" in NC. Not $8500 rare, but you don't see them every day. I'd love to have one, but $8500 is a stretch, especially for anyone who knows anything about Our Favorite Trucks.......
