I want to replace that radio unit to a single DIN sized one.

What is there is just wrong on so many levels.

So I need to approach with caution, no idea what wiring goes where as fitted, the speakers in the doors may be beyond their best years, tweeters too, two amplifiers in the rear wall, rear door speakers etc, all are potentially getting removed or replaced.

If I can find a radio/CD/Bluetooth unit that fits in the original space, using the intact replacement surround, that’s the way I prefer to proceed.
