My thoughts is the seller was high when he listed it.
Very few went for over $200K, but now everyone thinks their Blazers are worth that.
Putting an LS engine in does not affect value, but a complete chassis swap will only degrade the value.
It's not even worth half of what he's asking considering it's unfinished.
That's my thought.
