I use a large Kobalt 1/2" all mechanical torque wrench. It has served me well, it has a long handle so it makes hitting 250 ft-lbs easy. Here's the link: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Kobalt-1-2-...-lb/5001994701

I will say I have never had to do angles so I would save the $130 and if I ever needed to do angles buy the little adaptor.
