With all that torque at hand the 3.73 rear end may be a bit low. Highway RPM is going to be a bit on the high side for a 1 to 1 3rd gear in the 400. Given you have so much grunt from the motor a 3.5 or even 3.08 will give you a nice cruise. Unless you are towing big weight I don't think the 3.73 torque multiplication is going to be usefull.
