It's a dangerous game. But a truck is only worth what the market will bear. An insurance company will only pay what its market worth is.
...Which is kind of why you should be careful how much you spend on a truck, or anything for that matter - you see that often: hundreds of thousands spent to build something that nobody would pay to buy. I've spent less building the entire truck than others spend at just the body shop. I just want to have a number I can argue the insurance company for should the truck be stolen or destroyed. I appreciate your bid though (grin). We'll see when the final number comes through.
