Re: Power Brake Booster Adapter Bracket

Sorry but I do not have a definitive answer that you are looking for. Over the past 15 years a few people have had an interference issue with the column shift on the '67-'72's, but no one has ever let me know just what size booster will work. I am not in the business of building trucks for people so I have no way of finding that answer on my own. My specialty is the '60-'66 trucks. I do own a '68 but it is a 4 speed truck. I know what works on a '60-'66 with the factory auto column shift. I would have thought that a 9" booster would have cleared. A 10" will on a '60-'66.

But after putting colomn in, The shift lever hits booster. I have a list of boosters that you put in box. I have a new 8 inch I’m going to use. Curious if you have a new updated list of boosters that will fit with auto column. I was getting ready to order a couple more. Thanks Steve
